 abstract={In the following article there is presented an issue of planning in quality management system according to requirements included in the standard of ISO 9001:2000. The article analyses the impact of this planning on effectiveness of quality management system. The pointed stages are close connected with each other, not only in temporary meaning, but results of quality planning are also criteria for the following assessment. On the base of results concerning quality management system's running follows verification of actions, earlier plans and brings to improvement connected both with objectives and individual actions as well.
