Abstrakt:

After working for an established number of years and after achieving the pension age, every employee is entitled to the pension benefits. Employers offer also a different mechanism of ensuring pension protection, namely pension plans. To calculate, among others, the premium or reserve level on the basis of the actuarial value of benefits and assets the probability of changing status has to be known. The issue of the calculation of the probability of changing status in the defined benefit pension plan is of great interest from both scientific and practical point of view. The aim of the paper is to estimate the probability of changing status in the pension plan on the basis of the data from.
